Job Summary:
Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties,
including greeting patients, Visitors, guests, answering phones, handling company
inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail, meetings and travel
arrangements.
Job Description:
- Answering and making calls.
- Route calls to specific people.

Managing communications of email and distributing it to the concern authority and
follow-up with them for proper reply.

Welcome and receive all at reception with care and guidance (Patients, Visitors and
Guests).
- Patient Registration Process.
- Manage patient bookings for OPD/ IPD and other appointments.
- Follow up with patients and staff.
- Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
- Ensure reception area is tidy.
- Coordinate with all office personnel and activities.
- Managing Visitors time /Parking and Passes.
- Collect and distribute Courier/parcels and other materials with proper register.
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
- Update appointment calendars.
Qualification: Any graduate. (Having good communication Skills.)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years’ experience
Salary: INR 1, 20,000 – 1, 80,000 PA
Location: Coimbatore
